📋 Description

• Serve as a lead technical expert and mentor within the security engineering team • Drive the implementation of advanced security controls • Guide technical decisions and provide subject matter expertise • Ensure excellent customer service for internal and external customers • Manage troubleshooting of Prisma Access for secure remote connectivity • Design, evaluate and implement security related solutions • Ensure team adherence to established change control processes • Collaborate with systems and network engineers • Lead the incident response team • Validate security control coverage based on emerging cyber threat intelligence • Participate in 24x7 on-call rotation

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or related field • 8-10 years’ experience in information technology or related field within the last 10 years • Palo Alto certification • CCIE Routing and Switching or Security certification • AWS Solutions Architect certification • 7+ years of experience with managing security controls • 4+ years experience in AWS and Azure cloud operations • 6+ years of technical experience working with security solutions • 6+ years of network security experience • 4+ years web application firewalls • 7+ years of experience with network protocols, data flows, and attacks • 5+ years of experience in building configurations for security devices • extensive knowledge of security software and related protocols • 2+ years experience implementing security measures for Kubernetes • 5+ years of experience performing network security administration • 3+ years programming/scripting experience (Python, shell)
