• Collaborate with Sales partners to produce complex, high quality proposals • Manage overall project requirements and milestones • Communicate proactively and coordinate internal strategy meetings • Outsource questions, format documents, create compliance-approved custom content, and provide document quality review • Oversee project milestones and ensure output is consistent with all required proposal standards and business objectives • Coordinate final document distribution and ensure external deliverables are met • Train and mentor team members, and serve as a resource for market-specific support • Clearly articulate challenges through verbal and written communication • Collaborate with business partners to deliver consistent messaging in the marketplace • Assist with internal content library maintenance • Update internal tracking systems for real time reporting purposes • Lead and serve as a key contributor on cross-functional projects and process enhancements
• Bachelor's degree in a related field or an equivalent combination of education and work experience • Understanding of investment and retirement terminology desirable but not mandatory • Excellent interpersonal, project management, and organizational skills • Demonstrated ability to work well under pressure with attention to detail • Ability to think critically and draw from several resources to create simple, unified, persuasive output • Build productive internal/external working relationships • Proficiency with MS Office, PowerPoint, Adobe Acrobat, and Qvidian • 2-6 years of experience in RFP/ pre-sales
