• Collaborate with Sales partners to produce comprehensive, high quality proposals • Manage overall project requirements with some assistance • Communicate proactively, coordinate internal strategy meetings • Oversee project milestones and ensure output is consistent with proposal standards and objectives • Coordinate final documents and distribution • Multi-task, prioritize and problem-solve • Clearly articulate challenges through communication to build consensus
• Bachelor's degree in a related field or an equivalent combination of education and work experience • 2-4 years of experience in RFP/ pre-sales • Excellent interpersonal, project management, and organizational skills • Understanding of investment and retirement terminology desirable but not compulsory • Demonstrated ability to work well under pressure with attention to detail • Ability to think critically and draw from several resources to create simple, unified, persuasive output • Build productive internal/external working relationships
