• Proactively generate new mortgage business and promote mortgage products • Guide borrowers through pre-qualification and pre-approval process • Manage issuance of required disclosure packages and gather necessary documentation • Perform financial calculations and route files for underwriting • Maintain a steady pipeline of loan applications • Cultivate relationships with realtors, builders, and third-party partners
🎯 Requirements
• 3 to 5 years of experience as a mortgage loan officer • Ability to self-source business development • Associate's degree in business, Finance, or a related field • Valid driver's license with a clean driving record • NMLS licensing/maintaining qualifications • Equivalent formal certifications or professional experience in mortgages or financial services
