• 5+ years of progressive sales leadership experience in home services, franchising, or construction industries • Proven success in coaching and managing high-performing sales teams across multiple locations • Strong understanding of sales funnels, lead management, and CRM utilization • Ability to analyze sales metrics, identify trends, and implement data-driven improvement plans • Excellent communication and presentation skills. Must be comfortable leading group trainings, calls, and workshops. • Operational understanding of how sales impacts production, scheduling, and profitability • Willingness to travel up to 25% nationally to visit franchise markets and support in-field training.
