📋 Description

• Conduct a detailed analysis of the case and the documentation provided • Monitor the proceedings already initiated before the MPRJ • Track case developments and deadlines • Carry out necessary legal démarches and submit applications when required • Assess the appropriate legal measures for handling the matter • Evaluate the possibility of filing a representation with the OAB • Prepare and, where applicable, monitor ethical-disciplinary proceedings before the OAB • Assess the potential liability of the parties involved • Analyze the possibility of a future claim for reimbursement or damages arising from losses incurred • Maintain regular communication with the client, providing updates on actions taken, case developments and next steps

🎯 Requirements

• Completed law degree • Active and good-standing registration with the OAB • Experience as a criminal defense attorney • Experience representing clients before the Public Prosecutor’s Office • Knowledge of and experience with disciplinary proceedings or procedures before the OAB • Knowledge of civil liability and damages claims preferred • Strong document-analysis and legal-writing skills • Proactive, strategic, organized and communicative profile • Previous experience with similar cases preferred • Practice in Rio de Janeiro, RJ preferred
