📋 Description

• Reach out to leads via phone, WhatsApp and email; • Present courses and address prospective students' questions in a consultative and empathetic manner; • Prepare commercial proposals and manage the negotiation process through to enrollment closure; • Use the CRM to record all interactions and monitor the sales funnel; • Ensure a consistent, proactive follow-up cadence to support deal closures; • Provide feedback to the marketing team on lead quality and areas for improvement; • Prepare performance reports and detailed breakdowns of the sales funnel; • Maintain post-sale relationships, supporting students at the start of their educational journey.

🎯 Requirements

• Previous experience in consultative sales (courses, educational services, etc.) • Skills in negotiation, objection handling, persuasion, and empathetic communication • Familiarity with CRM tools and commercial follow-up routines • Access to a computer and reliable internet connection for remote work • Availability to attend the initial in-person training in Méier, Rio de Janeiro.
