📋 Description
• Overseeing all surveillance and monitoring functions across Enterprise Management Solutions • Leading a team of surveillance staff to identify and document violations • Ensuring adequate staffing coverage and managing security access • Upholding safety and compliance standards across facilities • Managing door access and emergency response activation in high-security areas
🎯 Requirements
• 13 AIHR certifications • SHRM certification • High school diploma or GED required; Associate's or Bachelor’s in Criminal Justice, Security Management, or a related field preferred • Minimum 2–3 years in a supervisory or lead monitoring role • Experience in healthcare, residential treatment, or high-risk facilities preferred • Must pass background and confidentiality clearance.
