📋 Description

• Manage ACO requirements for APSS commercial data integration • Support ACO requests and investigate and implement changes to the Collection Tool user interface • Investigate and resolve data-flow bottlenecks and technical issues in production environments • Work with cross-functional teams to define requirements • Maintain documentation for the APSS Collection Tool • Produce seven milestone-based Collection Tool status reports covering operational and technical status, issues, service and collection metrics, risks, actions, recommendations, and supporting evidence • Provide a consolidated seven-period trend assessment in the final deliverable • Track deliverables and issues using a shared dashboard or tool • Participate in regular electronic meetings with the NCIA project manager and team • Establish a continuous stakeholder feedback loop and implement approved improvements • Document and hand over approaches, scripts, configuration, and test evidence to internal staff

🎯 Requirements

• NATO SECRET Personnel Security Clearance (PSC), valid for the contractual period • Understanding of current space capabilities, particularly space-based ISR • At least 5 years of experience in multi-mission planning using orbit and sensor modelling • Excellent spoken and written English communication and presentation skills, demonstrated by recent experience within the past 5 years • Recent experience developing and operating space ISR collection tools with national and multinational clients • Proficiency in GIS and web map libraries • Experience with protocols for integrating multiple commercial ISR providers' collection capabilities • Ability and self-motivation to work independently and work effectively in a team • Problem-solving ability • NATO and/or military experience • Advanced research and analytical skills • Knowledge of NATO or National intelligence processes desirable
