📋 Description
• You will work hand in hand with the founding team to build and execute velio’s brand and marketing strategy. • You identify relevant opportunities and help test them. • You develop blueprints and validate the approach's impact under the motto “learn fast and fail fast”: the typical approach duration is between 3–8 weeks. • You are responsible for the social media area and for building the brand. • You will rapidly develop into an expert in your area and, when necessary, lead small teams.
🎯 Requirements
• Above‑average academic performance and strong commitment in a business, economics, or related degree program in advanced semesters, or during a gap year between Bachelor's and Master's studies. • Hands-on mentality — you won’t shy away from putting in the work to solve problems sustainably. • Experience in marketing and social media, and an interest in working on complex topics. • Previous internships in a startup environment are a plus. • Excellent German language skills and good English skills.
