📋 Description

• You will work hand in hand with the founding team on selected projects, from business model development to prototype, business and service development • You will identify bike shops that are highly relevant to our portfolio and secure them as long-term partners • You will develop blueprints and validate the approach and impact under the motto “Learn fast and fail fast”: a typical approach cycle lasts between 3–8 weeks • You will quickly develop into an expert in your area and, when needed, lead small teams

🎯 Requirements

• Above-average academic performance and strong commitment in studies of business/economics or a comparable degree program in an advanced semester or during a gap year between bachelor’s and master’s • Hands-on mentality – you are willing to do whatever it takes to solve a problem sustainably • Confident presence and strong negotiation skills • Interest in working into complex topics • Previous internships in a startup environment are an advantage • Excellent German language skills and good English skills
