📋 Description

• quantitative analysis and predictive modeling of healthcare data to provide management with statistical findings and conclusions • develop, collect and analyze metrics and data to formulate fact-based decisions • proactively implement process improvements through analysis of claim and operational data

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree • 2+ years’ experience with analytics, reporting, and relational databases • 2 years’ experience working in a healthcare, SaaS or other similar environment. • Expertise in Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, and SQL Server • Familiarity with healthcare terminology such as diagnosis code, CPT, claim ID, DRG, inpatient, outpatient, etc. • Experience with BI tool (Power BI/Tableau/Qlik) • Experience with statistical models and predictive analytics • Equivalent combination of education and experience will be considered. • Must have strong computer proficiency and understand how to use basic office applications, including MS Office (Word, Excel, and Outlook). • Regular and predictable attendance. • Reasonable accommodations may be made to enable qualified individuals with disabilities to perform the essential functions.
