📋 Description

• Manage all phases of construction projects from planning to close-out. • Coordinate resources, schedules, safety plans, permits, and documentation. • Lead meetings and ensure project milestones are met efficiently. • Maintain clear communication with internal teams and clients. • Provide daily updates and participate in key meetings to ensure alignment. • Support budgeting and cost estimation. • Track expenses, manage purchase orders, and ensure accurate billing. • Identify, onboard, and manage subcontractors. • Define scopes of work, lead bidding processes, and ensure compliance. • Coordinate procurement and logistics of materials and equipment. • Champion company processes and quality standards. • Supervise field teams, perform quality control, and implement improvements. • Ensure subcontractors understand technical solutions and company expectations.

🎯 Requirements

• Minimum 7 years of construction management experience. • Advanced MS Office skills and familiarity with project management tools. • Use of basic hand tools (screwdrivers, wire strippers/cutters, drills, etc.). • Use of specialized power tools (saws, nibblers, impact drivers, etc.). • Experience running control wire following best practices. • Use of electrical meter to verify conductivity and measure voltage. • Able to use a computer to configure fans, VFDs, etc.; Preferred: Data Center specific certifications (DCEP, CDCP, etc;) • PMP or equivalent certification • HVAC and Mechanical experience.
