📋 Description

• Evaluate client fitness level and skill set to plan reachable goals • Educate and demonstrate to clients exercise and injury prevention • Create a training plan tailored to client needs • Chart and track client progress • Motivate and encourage client through positive words via app with high level of engagement • Adjust client personalized plans as goals are reached • Educate clients on evidence based exercise programming. • Adaptable to a wide range of clients of all ages based on their fitness capabilities • Willingness to work cooperatively with the Dietetics department on patient fitness plans

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in exercise science, exercise physiology, or kinesiology • 2-3 years of hands-on experience in one-on-one coaching, preferably in a clinical or healthcare setting. • Clinical experience in a related field is highly desirable. • ACSM certification is mandatory, or required within 6 months of hire. • Fluency in both Arabic and English languages • Strong communication skills and the ability to build rapport with Arabic-speaking patients. • Knowledge of the latest trends and developments in exercise physiology and fitness training. • Ability to work independently and manage remote coaching sessions effectively. • Empathy, patience, and a passion for helping others achieve their health and wellness goals. • Must reside in the US or legally allowed to work in the United States (NPI required) • Bilingual Arabic fluency is a must
