• Build and optimize a provider network that can scale • Eliminate operational friction that slows care delivery • Ensure the clinical team can absorb growth without breaking • Maintain quality while pushing for efficiency • Serve as clinical authority responsible for medical quality and safety • Shape how care is delivered across a technology-enabled clinical ecosystem • Set clear clinical standards and hold teams accountable • Translate medical judgment into systems and workflows
• MD or DO with active, unrestricted medical license in good standing. • Prior experience as a Medical Director, Associate Medical Director, or similar leadership role • Commitment to provide a minimum of 10 hours per week of direct patient care. • Deep practical knowledge of US clinical operations, reimbursement, documentation standards, and regulatory frameworks. • Understanding that great care depends on well-designed systems, workflows, and tools. • Ability to communicate fluently across clinical, operational, and executive contexts. • Proven track record in clinical workforce planning, including forecasting demand and optimizing provider utilization across distributed networks. • Experience managing or designing provider compensation models within a "cost of care" framework. • Prior leadership in a high-growth, venture-backed, or tech-enabled clinical setting. • Experience partnering with Product or Operations teams to build, test, and iterate on clinical workflows. • Ability to use data to identify bottlenecks and monitor clinical quality metrics.
