📋 Description
• - **Project Leadership –** Oversee data annotation projects, translating complex AI and machine learning requirements into clear workflows and instructions for data annotation teams. • - **Data Quality Optimization –** Ensure the highest standards of data quality by designing and refining annotation processes, auditing results, and implementing feedback loops. • - **Client & Stakeholder Engagement –** Act as a trusted advisor to clients, helping them design and implement the best data annotation workflow for their human annotation process. • - **Annotators Training & Coaching– **Provide guidance and feedback to the annotation team, ensuring team members are equipped with the context and skills needed to perform high-quality work aligned with project requirements and best practices. • - **Product Innovation – **Work closely with product and engineering teams to drive improvements in AI training data processes, tools, and methodologies.
🎯 Requirements
• - You have a strong foundation in technical roles with 1-2 years of work experience in top tier management consulting firm (e.g., MBB) or Investment banking • - You are a problem solver with a strong analytical mindset and an entrepreneurial approach to managing projects. • - You have experience in project management, data operations, or AI-related workflows (previous experience in PMO roles is a plus) • - You are proficient in scripting languages like Python, SQL, or familiarity with relational databases and data annotation tools. • - You are passionate in AI and machine learning, with experience in computer vision or generative AI being a strong plus. • - You thrive in fast-paced environments and collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive innovative solutions. • - You have communication and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to translate technical concepts into clear action plans.
