📋 Description
• Development and standardization of the controlling framework • Harmonization of KPIs across the entire portfolio • Preparation of monthly holding/portfolio reporting (including data import and structuring) • In-depth variance analyses and formulation of actionable recommendations • Active support of partner companies in budget and forecast processes • Monitoring liquidity at group level • Supporting newly acquired companies to ensure successful finance integration
🎯 Requirements
• Several years of professional experience in controlling, ideally in portfolio/holding controlling • Strong hands-on mentality • Ability to set priorities in a fast-paced environment • Good understanding of processes in the SME segment • Experience with consolidation software such as LucaNet or similar • Solid knowledge of HGB (German Commercial Code) • Excellent Excel skills • Very good German and English skills (written and spoken) • High intercultural competence
