📋 Description

• Configure and customize Dynamics 365 Customer Engagement applications including Sales, Customer Service, and related solutions. • Develop and support Plugins and custom workflow activities using C# and .NET. • Client-side scripting using JavaScript and TypeScript. • Dataverse customizations, business rules, and security configurations. • Power Automate cloud flows and integrations. • Model-Driven Apps and Power Platform solutions. • Participate in solution deployments and environment management activities. • Troubleshoot and resolve application defects and production issues. • Follow established coding standards, development practices, and solution architecture guidelines. • Develop and maintain Power Pages portals integrated with Dataverse and Dynamics 365. • Assist in improving portal performance, usability, and accessibility. • Participate in Agile delivery teams and sprint activities. • Collaborate with Solution Architects, Functional Consultants, Project Managers, and Senior Developers.

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, Information Technology, or equivalent practical experience. • 2–5 years of software development experience. • 2+ years of experience working with Dynamics 365 Customer Engagement and/or Microsoft Power Platform. • Hands-on experience with: • C# • .NET • JavaScript • Dataverse • Power Automate • Model-Driven Apps • Understanding of Dynamics 365 customization and configuration concepts. • Experience working with source control and development lifecycle processes. • Experience working within Agile project teams. • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. • Strong written and verbal English communication skills.
