• Collaborate with the sales team to understand client needs and tailor ERP demonstrations • Deliver compelling product demos and presentations to municipal stakeholders • Assist in the creation of proposals, RFP responses, and solution architecture • Translate business requirements into functional ERP capabilities • Act as a trusted advisor to prospective clients during the evaluation process • Lead discovery sessions to analyze and document client requirements • Produce analysis reports detailing your conclusions and recommendations • Implementation of Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central and its add-on products • Develop training materials and deliver end-user training • Provide post-implementation support and troubleshooting • Provide onsite and offsite consulting services and support Dynamics 365 Business Central clients • Collaborate with technical teams to ensure successful delivery solutions
• 5+ years of experience with Dynamics 365 Business Central/NAV implementation, or another ERP solution including hands-on configuration and customization • Dynamics GP (Great Plains) Experience an asset • Experience in both pre-sales and implementation roles preferred • Experience in a consulting environment strongly preferred • CPA designation or equivalent experience is an asset • Experience with 365 Business Central/NAV Manufacturing and/or Warehouse Management (version 2013 or higher) a plus • Excellent communication and presentation skills, especially with C-level and public sector audiences • Ability to interface with clients both in person and remotely • Advanced experience and demonstrated knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite • Ability to learn new business processes or applications very quickly • Ability to express ideas clearly and adapt to changing priorities • Ability to establish and maintain effective working relationships across different departments and business lines • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills • Ability to travel within North America occasionally
