• Own product initiatives end to end, including strategy, roadmap, execution, and outcomes. • Work closely with engineers to deliver features and improvements efficiently and iteratively. • Define, monitor, and act on key metrics to evaluate performance and inform decisions. • Run experiments and tests to validate hypotheses and optimize product performance. • Make prioritization decisions under constraints, balancing impact, effort, and business goals. • Collaborate cross-functionally with risk, payments, data, design, commerce, and marketing teams to ensure smooth delivery.
• Extensive e-commerce experience with a proven track record of delivering high-impact features • Experience with risk, payments, and fraud mechanisms/integrations • Proven experience launching complex, new high-impact initiatives that spanned multiple quarters from conception to delivery • Proven experience managing products across multiple countries, handling different currencies and languages • Strong data and analytics skills, with experience using metrics to drive decisions • Proven experience designing and running experiments and A/B tests to validate product hypotheses and inform decisions • Comfortable making independent decisions and driving initiatives end to end • Ability to prioritize effectively under constraints • Experience working with cross-functional teams including engineering, design, data, risk, and marketing stakeholders • Proactive, execution-focused, and comfortable with ambiguity.
