📋 Description

• Lead the strategic extraction into a distributed architecture • Apply Conway's Law and utilize the Inverse Conway Maneuver • Guide the creation of the internal developer platform • Build frameworks for knowledge transfer and decision-making • Act as a translator between the C-suite and engineering teams • Manage technical debt and translate architectural constraints

🎯 Requirements

• 15+ years of software engineering experience • Deep expertise in modern cloud architecture • Experience with distributed systems and data consistency patterns • Strong knowledge of cloud economics (FinOps) • Ability to drive organization-wide alignment • Understanding of platform engineering metrics such as DORA and SPACE framework • Ability to thrive in ambiguity and embrace rapid prototyping
