📋 Description

• Conduct preventive and corrective maintenance on installed Battery Energy Storage Systems (BESS) across Switzerland. • Serve as the primary point of contact for customers during service calls and technical inquiries. • Perform on-site inspections and diagnostics to ensure system performance and availability. • Support commissioning, troubleshooting, and testing during installation phases. • Coordinate with remote monitoring centers to analyze alarms and implement corrective actions. • Prepare service reports, maintenance logs, and documentation in accordance with company standards. • Provide technical feedback to engineering and project management teams to improve product reliability and performance. • Contribute to the development of service processes, tools, and best practices for future installations. • Willingness to travel within Switzerland to support customers and sites as needed.

🎯 Requirements

• Proven experience in electrical installation, maintenance, or field service of industrial or energy-related systems. • Knowledge of medium- and low-voltage systems, ideally with experience in battery systems, UPS systems, or renewable energy systems. • Ability to read and interpret electrical schematics, perform measurements, and identify faults. • Hands-on troubleshooting experience and a proactive, solution-oriented work approach. • High degree of autonomy combined with strong responsibility and safety awareness. • Experience in technical reporting and using service management tools.
