📋 Description
• Assist with preventative maintenance (PMs) on UPS systems (both minor and major services) • Help inspect, test, and troubleshoot equipment • Support repairs such as battery replacements, fans, and capacitors • Learn how to read basic diagrams and schematics • Complete service reports accurately after each job • Help with equipment start-ups, installations, and project work • Work directly with customers and represent QPS in a professional way • Occasionally travel overnight or work outside normal hours when needed
🎯 Requirements
• Mechanical or electrical interest (schooling or hands-on experience is a plus, but not required) • Willingness to learn and take direction • Good communication skills and a positive attitude • Ability to stay organized and handle multiple tasks • Comfortable working both independently and as part of a team • Valid driver’s license and ability to travel • Basic computer skills
