âą Initially lead 6 direct reports consisting of Backend Engineers, and Subject Matter Experts. âą Responsible for coaching and developing the people in your team, ensuring timely project delivery. âą Set a high quality standard and lead the teams for greatest impact for Enfuce and its customers. âą Work closely with Product managers and Senior leadership to ensure proper work execution. âą Inspire teams by embodying the Enfuce values. âą Champion engineering excellence by promoting observability, automation, and strong DevOps practices.
đŻ Requirements
âą Experience leading and managing high performing engineers in a distributed environment. âą Proven track record of building and running reliable backend systems, ideally in Java (Spring Boot) on AWS. âą Experience managing systems with strict SLAs, observability, and traceability. âą Excellent communication in English, with the ability to align teams and influence cross-functional stakeholders. âą Curiosity and a growth mindset, especially towards the card issuing and payments domain.
