đź“‹ Description

• Define and own the end-to-end product vision for the new Customer Integrations Platform from onboarding and configuration to analytics and lifecycle management. • Translate complex business and technical requirements into a coherent, customer-centric product strategy. • Balance immediate delivery goals with long-term scalability, reusability, and automation. • Lead a product team to deliver an intuitive, high-performance UI backed by a flexible, API-driven architecture. • Partner with design and engineering to develop world-class developer onboarding, documentation, and sandbox experiences. • Continuously identify opportunities to eliminate manual touchpoints and simplify integrations. • Act as a trusted partner to Engineering, Product Marketing, Sales, and Compliance teams, collaborating closely with Team Onboarding and the Head of Onboarding as key stakeholders. • Engage internal and external stakeholders from customers to technical experts to refine product direction and priorities. • Coach and mentor product managers within your domain, fostering strategic thinking and ownership. • Use data to guide every decision: define clear success metrics, track performance, and validate outcomes through quantitative and qualitative insights. • Collaborate with Data Analysts and UX to uncover behavior patterns and improve customer journeys. • Gather feedback directly from customers and team onboarding to improve the customer.

🎯 Requirements

• 5+ years in Product Management, ideally including experience leading a platform for integration heavy products in B2B. • Proven ability to manage both API-first products and UI/UX design collaboration • Proven experience designing, building, or scaling developer portals, sandbox environments, or customer self-service platforms. • A solid background in managing complex backend integrations to ensure seamless scalability and performance. • Previous experience in the fintech or payments industry, with an understanding of its regulatory and technical landscape. • Experience in people leadership roles or having served as a Head of Product, demonstrating the ability to guide and develop product teams. • Capable of linking product strategy to company-level KPIs and making resource-efficient, impact-driven decisions. • Comfortable defining and evolving KPIs, balancing short-term business goals with long-term vision • Expert at structuring complex problems, visualising options, and leading decision-making through data and clear frameworks. • Comfortable using analytics tools and conducting user interviews. • A natural leader who develops others coaching PMs, sharing best practices, and leading by example. • Passionate about building scalable, sustainable product management practices and fostering a culture of excellence.
