📋 Description

• Create or update graphics, flyers, posters, and digital content • Prepare and ship brochures, banners, and promotional materials across Canada • Support local outreach and community marketing initiatives • Research and identify high-value community events that attract potential hosts, and coordinate CHN team participation • Identify and develop sponsorships and collaborations with organizations that align with host recruitment goals • Help update CHN’s websites and portals for clarity and accuracy • Assist with guides, FAQs, and onboarding materials for hosts and students • Publish engaging content, moderate comments, and support contests • Contribute to newsletters and highlight host/student stories • Plan and create social media messaging campaigns to drive traffic to CHN’s website and increase host inquiries • Support branding, templates, email signatures, and internal updates • Keep files, photos, and media assets organized • Develop best practices, how-tos, and kits for team members to use for outreach and events

🎯 Requirements

• 1 - 2+ years of experience in marketing, communications, public relations, or digital media • Great writing and editing skills • Basic design ability (Canva required; Adobe is a plus) • Diploma/degree in Communications, Marketing, Public Relations, Digital Media, Journalism, or a related field is preferred. • Comfort with social media and an interest in digital marketing • Organized, proactive, and eager to learn in a remote environment
