📋 Description

• Responsible for preparing the Budget and Strategic Freight Planning for VCBR; • Define future strategies and innovation projects aimed at optimizing current freight costs; • Define control and fleet management processes for the bulk segment; • Develop general analysis tools to support Regional teams; • Assess external market conditions and understand regulations that influence freight costs to anticipate decision-making.

🎯 Requirements

• Education: Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Business Administration, or related fields; • Advanced knowledge of Excel and PowerPoint; • Knowledge of programming languages: Python and SQL; • Preferable knowledge of tools: Qlik and Power BI; • Ability to influence others, strong interpersonal skills, and excellent verbal and written communication; • Ownership and initiative: we are looking for someone with autonomy, responsibility, commitment, and initiative; • A professional who questions, explores new possibilities, and is always seeking learning and continuous improvement; • Problem-solver profile, with the ability to analyze issues quickly and propose practical, results-oriented solutions.
