📋 Description

• Manage technical questions and support topics related to a modern SaaS platform • Structure customer inquiries and act as the interface between customers and engineering to ensure clarity • Turn unclear requests into fully qualified tickets, prioritize them and coordinate their resolution • Bring specialists on board for technical deep dives and ensure nothing falls through the cracks • Translate complex technical topics for non-developers

🎯 Requirements

• Experience in technical support, Customer Success, or SaaS • Basic knowledge of low-code platforms, workflow tools, or databases • Experience with ERP-related processes
