⢠Manage and support distributor partners to ensure sales targets are met. ⢠Foster positive relationships with distributors and key accounts in the market. ⢠Conduct market visits and participate in ride-alongs with distributor representatives. ⢠Organize and conduct product demonstrations in key accounts to enhance sales and brand awareness. ⢠Identify and build relationships with top accounts to strengthen distributor partnerships. ⢠Monitor and report on sales performance and market trends. ⢠Provide training, guidance, and support to distributor partners as needed.
đŻ Requirements
⢠Must be 21 years of age or older. ⢠2-5 years of sales and/or management experience in related industries. ⢠Proven track record of success. ⢠Cannabis and/or beverage alcohol experience is a plus. ⢠Highly sociable with an outgoing personality and strong sales skills. ⢠Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. ⢠Experience creating impactful presentations and working with spreadsheets. ⢠Self-motivated, proactive, and able to work independently. ⢠Willingness to travel within the assigned state.
