• Manage a team of 2–3 project development managers responsible for greenfield and mature wind, solar, and battery energy storage projects in Poland up to Ready-To-Build (RTB) • Lead development-related verticals, including securing land rights, permitting, and interconnection • Integrate and manage external local interfaces, including local developers, engineering firms, legal advisors, consultants, partners, regulatory and governmental institutions, transmission and distribution operators, funding bodies, and contractors • Manage internal interfaces within the company and headquarters, including Engineering, Financing, and Procurement • Provide progress and status reports to management • Manage schedules and budgets • Monitor and report relevant regulation changes and updates
• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering • At least 12 years of relevant experience in the renewables sector in Poland • Demonstrated and proven success in leading teams and coordinating work assignments in accordance with project timelines • Willingness to travel within Poland, and occasionally to Israel • High level of English (technical, speaking, reading and writing) – a must • Strong problem-solving capabilities and attention to detail • MBA/M.Sc. – an advantage • Experience working for an international company – an advantage • Additional languages – an advantage • High motivation, excellent interpersonal skills, independent working capabilities
