• Define the customer platform vision and roadmap. • Own onboarding as a product and define what "activated" looks like at both layers. • Ruthlessly prioritise automation and in-platform guidance to reduce cost to serve as the customer base grows. • Lead discovery and delivery of insights that help customers evaluate performance, spot churn risk, and make evidence-based decisions. • Handle positioning, messaging, and commercial enablement.
• Significant B2B product experience on platform, developer tooling or B2B SaaS, ideally in a B2B2C structure where your direct customer and the end-user were different people. • Connect product metrics to commercial outcomes, and launch across Sales, Support and Customer Success in a way other teams have borrowed from. • Understand APIs, SDKs and data flows, and communicate fluently with engineers. Test-drive what you ship. • Use AI in day-to-day product work and have a developed, defensible view on where it belongs in a product and where it doesn't. • Your specs and frameworks become reference points for other PMs. Be direct about where the bar isn't high enough. • Bonus: energy tech, IoT or climate experience; experience shipping LLM-powered product capabilities; experience where documentation and onboarding were the growth channel.
