📋 Description

• Onboard new sales partners and their sales representatives, from initial contact through successful contract completion • Provide comprehensive support to existing sales partners through professional and sales-oriented guidance • Conduct regular training sessions for sales partners and their sales representatives • Plan, organize, and host sales events focused on photovoltaic (PV) systems and renewable energy • Accompany sales partners to on-site customer appointments • Support the execution of contract closings • Maintain relationship management with local sales leaders at partner organizations • Represent the company confidently and professionally in all interactions

🎯 Requirements

• Several years of sales experience • Willingness to learn new areas, such as PV sales • Experience in a large financial sales organization is a plus • Strong self-motivation and high resilience • Enjoy developing and coaching people • Strong drive to succeed, attention to detail, and results-oriented mindset • Willingness to travel extensively • Fluent German, both written and spoken • Additional language skills, such as Turkish, Russian, Polish, or Romanian, are an advantage
