• Act as an interface between the customer, American Hydro, and subcontractors • Manage site operations including disassembly, re-assembly, machining, and welding operations • Authorized in resolution of personnel issues at site, including disposition of all craft labor contracted for the project • Report to the FSR onsite or manage projects independently • Provide site leadership for hydro turbine and generator disassembly, field machining, reassembly, alignment, and commissioning • Manage assigned projects within budgeted cost and schedule requirements • Liaison between customers, Project Manager, and Project Engineer • Supervise Field Service Technicians, Foremen, and associated craft labor at multi-shift union or non-union projects • Manage major subcontractors at site: Labor, Machining, Coatings, etc. • Maintain and submit project documentation per contract requirements • Coordinate Field Service shipping, activities, and schedules to meet Field Service and shop requirements • Ensure quality, safety, and environmental compliance related to tasks
