📋 Description

• Supports the strategic and operational management of cash application processes • Ensures accurate posting of payments and timely resolution of unapplied cash • Partners with the Director to drive performance against KPIs • Implements process improvements to enhance efficiency and accuracy • Supervises cash services teams and monitors daily workflows • Analyzes root causes of posting delays and develops corrective actions • Collaborates with finance and operational leaders to optimize workflows

• Strong leadership skills • Operational expertise in cash management • Ability to influence stakeholders • Experience with KPIs such as cash posting turnaround • Experience managing escalations for high-dollar exceptions • Ability to analyze root causes of posting delays • Collaboration skills with finance and operational leaders • Mentoring experience
