📋 Description

• direct the performance of Revenue Integrity functions • drive projects that advance Revenue Integrity and supports organizational principles through effective team building • ensure adherence to policies and processes • prepare presentations and documentation to enhance understanding of revenue cycle activities

🎯 Requirements

• experience in revenue integrity functions, including edits, Charge Master, and Charge Capture • experience coordinating closely with key Revenue Cycle areas such as Coding, Billing, Patient Access, HIM, and Patient Financial Services • subject matter expertise for clients and Ensemble leadership in acute care markets • strong project management skills • ability to develop short and long term goals and facilitate training and education for associates • proficiency in creating and deploying reports, scorecards, and analytics
