📋 Description

• Analyze and document processes, as well as identifying opportunities for improvement or automation. • Assist in gathering and documenting requirements for new or revised metrics. • Contribute to the development and testing of new or revised metrics. • Prepare and present training materials for new or revised metrics. • Validate existing metrics each week to ensure accuracy. • Analyze data sets to identify trends, anomalies and issues, and recommend solutions. • Participate in meetings with engineering leaders regarding reports and metric values. • Participate in training sessions, workshops, and networking events as part of the internship program.

🎯 Requirements

• Enrolled in an accredited Bachelor’s or Master’s program (preferred fields: Business, Computer Science, Engineering, Mathematics or related). • Overall GPA of 3.5 with GPA of 3.7 preferred in major. • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. • Excellent written and verbal communication skills. • Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint, Word); familiarity with data analysis tools (e.g., SQL, Python, or R) is a plus. • Interested in healthcare technology and process improvement. • Ability to work independently and as part of a team. • Eastern or central time zone preference to align with availability of the team. • No prior experience required; curiosity and willingness to learn are essential. • Must be inquisitive and demonstrate openness to innovation including AI to explore better processes and ways to alleviate friction and improve patient and client experiences.
