📋 Description

• Lead the development, implementation, and maintenance of complex IT systems and networks • Oversee the design and implementation of hardware and software systems • Ensure network security and participate in daily IT operations • Identify areas for automation to improve operational efficiency • Design and implement robotic process automation (RPA) solutions • Manage and provide support for systems integrations and automation scripts • Continuously improve existing technology to meet business needs

🎯 Requirements

• 7–10+ years of experience • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience • Experience managing and supporting enterprise technology systems and platforms • Experience with .NET, C#, APIs, and software/web development • Experience with robotic process automation (RPA) tools such as Microsoft Power Automate, UiPath, or similar platforms • Experience working with healthcare host systems such as Epic or similar EHR/RCM platforms • Experience managing vendors and third-party SaaS offerings
