âą Manages all chargemaster activities performed by staff across all Ensemble clients. âą Responsible for performance and effectiveness of the department. âą Implementing short and long-term plans and objectives to ensure timely resolution of CDM requests and CDM owned edits in various HIS. âą Ensures compliant charge capture practices, claims timely filing, & reducing denials. âą Works with all departments within the Revenue Cycle to manage DNFB. âą Collaborates with clinical departments on accurate and efficient charge capture processes. âą Prepares monthly analytics reports as requested by management.
