📋 Description
• Lead the creation of the annual budget and quarterly forecasts • Mentor, coach, and develop a team of 2 to 4 analysts • Manage our instance of Workday Adaptive Planning for all planning models • Deliver insightful financial variance commentary that goes beyond the numbers • Advise on ROI and other decision-making around new initiatives
🎯 Requirements
• BA/BS degree • 4+ years of experience in consulting, finance, or FP&A • Superior financial modeling, quantitative, and analytical skills • 1+ years of experience using Adaptive Planning • Familiarity with US GAAP • Excel fluency and strong PowerPoint skills • Basic knowledge of SQL or data visualization
