• Responsible for the daily operation and the performance & effectiveness of Nurse Audit staff • Implementing short- and long-term plans and objectives to prevent revenue loss • Engaging in continuous quality improvement of charge capture practices • Oversight and execution of the NA audit workplan for all Ensemble clients • Developing and maintaining department policies and procedures
• 4 year/ Bachelors Degree; Specialty/Major: Business or relevant discipline • RN, LVN, LPN, or equivalent Licensure/Certification Required • CCDI, RHIA, RHIT, COC, PMP, CPMA or equivalent Licensure/Certification Preferred • Five or more years of experience in revenue integrity and/or revenue cycle operations • Management experience in healthcare industry • Working knowledge of CPT/HCPCS/Revenue codes
