📋 Description
• Research and identify payment discrepancies from various sources • Compile and analyze data to make recommendations • Work with financial and clinical departments collaboratively • Review contract validation, updates, and interpretation • Resolve underpaid claims in an effective and timely fashion • Analysis of payor policies and exercising and interpretation of impact on reimbursement • Present data and effectively communicate to various levels of end users • Ensure account analysis is validated prior to distribution • Work on multiple projects/initiatives at a time • Maintain applicable continuing education requirements
🎯 Requirements
• 3-5 years of relevant job experience in the Physicians insurance industry required. • Keen understanding of the revenue cycle and opportunity for uncollected revenue required. • CRCR certification within 9 months of hire
