📋 Description
• Design and evolve enterprise-grade automation frameworks for UI, API, and performance testing. • Define and lead test strategy, planning, and execution across all projects and products assigned to your team. • Collaborate with engineering, product, and DevOps teams to embed quality throughout the development lifecycle. • Mentor and guide junior SDETs and engineers in automation best practices and technical growth. • Participate in root cause analysis of test failures and production issues, driving resolution and prevention strategies. • Establish and maintain quality metrics dashboards to track coverage, reliability, and test effectiveness across scope of influence and accountability. • Review code for testability, maintainability, and adherence to quality standards. • Drive continuous improvement in test coverage, reliability, and execution speed. • Contribute to the development of test data management and environment provisioning strategies. • Stay current with industry trends and emerging tools to continuously enhance testing capabilities.
🎯 Requirements
• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field. • 6–8 years of experience in software development and test automation, with a strong engineering mindset. • Experience in Playwright and JMeter is Mandatory. • Experience in C# with deep understanding of object-oriented design principles. • Experience in SQL. • Experience in AI acceleration tools like Copilot. • Proven experience designing and maintaining automation frameworks for UI and API testing. • Strong understanding of CI/CD pipelines, version control, and build automation tools. • Experience with performance and load testing strategies and tools. • Advanced understanding of Agile methodologies and shift-left testing practices. • Experience with cloud-based testing environments and containerization (e.g., Docker). • Excellent problem-solving, debugging, and communication skills. • Demonstrated ability to lead quality initiatives and influence engineering culture.
