⢠Collaborate with internal stakeholders, such as Supply Chain and Finance on S&OP process to ensure products are delivered on time and in full to end customer. ⢠Develop and maintain production schedules based on forecasts, customer orders and inventory levels. ⢠Plan and release purchase orders, build instructions and drop ship requirements to suppliers to meet customer demand and maintain buffer stocks. ⢠Monitor work-in-progress (WIP), inventory levels and lead times of all material, including substrates, lead frames & purchased known-good-die, to prevent shortages or excess stock and optimize on-time delivery (OTD) to the customer. ⢠In case of tight supply, work closely with supplier to ensure any schedule changes or delays are addressed effectively. ⢠Support new product introductions by coordinating trial runs and ramp-up schedules. ⢠Prepare and verify shipping documentation including bills of lading, commercial invoices, and customs declarations. ⢠Track and present key performance metrics, such as on-time delivery, capacity allocation achievement rate.
⢠1-2 years experience in production planning, scheduling or supply chain operations. ⢠Good understanding of semiconductor manufacturing with Foundry, Assembly and Test process flow. ⢠Fluent in English communication. (TOEIC score above 700 or equivalent certification). ⢠Good understanding of MRP, inventory management, and supply chain. ⢠Microsoft Excel skills, Power BI. ⢠Strong interpersonal skills for cross-functional and supplier engagement. ⢠Experience with ERP systems, e.g. SAP.
