📋 Description

• Collaborate with internal stakeholders, such as Supply Chain and Finance on S&OP process to ensure products are delivered on time and in full to end customer. • Develop and maintain production schedules based on forecasts, customer orders and inventory levels. • Plan and release purchase orders, build instructions and drop ship requirements to suppliers to meet customer demand and maintain buffer stocks. • Monitor work-in-progress (WIP), inventory levels and lead times of all material, including substrates, lead frames & purchased known-good-die, to prevent shortages or excess stock and optimize on-time delivery (OTD) to the customer. • In case of tight supply, work closely with supplier to ensure any schedule changes or delays are addressed effectively. • Support new product introductions by coordinating trial runs and ramp-up schedules. • Prepare and verify shipping documentation including bills of lading, commercial invoices, and customs declarations. • Track and present key performance metrics, such as on-time delivery, capacity allocation achievement rate.

🎯 Requirements

• 1-2 years experience in production planning, scheduling or supply chain operations. • Good understanding of semiconductor manufacturing with Foundry, Assembly and Test process flow. • Fluent in English communication. (TOEIC score above 700 or equivalent certification). • Good understanding of MRP, inventory management, and supply chain. • Microsoft Excel skills, Power BI. • Strong interpersonal skills for cross-functional and supplier engagement. • Experience with ERP systems, e.g. SAP.
