📋 Description

• Individual contributor role and capacity support contact on numerous client accounts • Leading capacity projects and supporting core strategic initiatives • System and workload forecasting, modeling, and trending in support of the global Ensono enterprise • Supporting diagnostics and resolution contributing to incident root cause investigation • Performance analysis to increase efficiency through automation and/or standard processes as appropriate • Engaging with industry trends, products and service offerings relevant to existing and emerging technologies • Provide consultation, training, and knowledge sharing to associates

🎯 Requirements

• Typically requires a minimum of 10 years of related experience with a Bachelor's degree • Program coding experience JCL and/or script coding experience • MXG or like tools expertise • Microsoft Office proficiency • Manage multiple projects with minimal support and continuing shifting priorities • Database and data warehouse concepts and experience • Expert level verbal and written communication skills • Mainframe resources should possess ZCP3000 experience • IBM pricing concepts and SCRT experience
