🎯 Requirements

• Design, develop, and maintain Mainframe applications using COBOL, CICS, IMS DB/DC, DB2, MQ and VSAM. • Experience in Netron Frame technology. • Experience in enterprise-level ticketing systems (ServiceNow, Service Manager, etc.) and their operational workflows. • Worked on waterfall and agile methodology projects; capable of handling - Incidents, Service Requests and Change Requests simultaneously. • Provide technical troubleshooting and resolution for complex application and integration. • Conduct performance tuning and optimization of Mainframe applications and database queries. • Develop technical documentation (Knowledge Base articles, SOPs) for business and support teams • Understand both functional and technical requirements and provide implementation/change options aligned with business needs.
