📋 Description

• Own quality and reliability for assigned product areas, designing and implementing automated test frameworks across APIs, backend services, and UI components • Build and maintain scalable test automation infrastructure integrated into CI/CD pipelines for continuous quality feedback • Leverage AI-assisted testing tools and intelligent automation techniques to increase test coverage and improve defect detection • Partner with engineering and product teams to define testable requirements and identify quality risks early in the development lifecycle • Integrate automated tests into CI/CD pipelines, ensuring high-confidence releases through continuous validation • Mentor junior SDETs, promoting best practices in automation, quality engineering, and effective use of AI tools in testing

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field • 4+ years of experience as an SDET, QA engineer, or software developer with a strong focus on test automation • Strong proficiency in Python or a comparable programming language • Demonstrated experience designing automated test frameworks across APIs, backend systems, and UI • Hands-on experience with tools such as PyTest, Selenium, Cypress, Playwright, or similar • Experience integrating automated testing into CI/CD pipelines (e.g., GitHub Actions, Jenkins) • Familiarity with AI-assisted testing tools, intelligent test generation, or data-driven quality analysis (nice to have) • Solid understanding of version control (Git or equivalent) • Experience working in agile environments with cross-functional teams • Strong problem-solving skills, with the ability to apply emerging technologies like AI to improve quality outcomes
