📋 Description

• Create engaging social content around bwin’s key partnerships, including BVB, the NFL, and other major sports properties • Work at live events, matchdays, and fan activations • Capture, edit, and publish platform-native content for Instagram, TikTok, Reels, and short-form video channels • Turn live moments into authentic, high-performing social content

🎯 Requirements

• Native-level German, both written and spoken • Confident and authentic communicator in front of the camera • Strong understanding of Instagram, TikTok, Reels and short-form video storytelling • Passion for sports, particularly football, with a deep understanding of fan culture and online communities • Strong creative instincts combined with excellent trend awareness and social-first thinking • Proven video editing skills, ideally including experience with fast-turnaround or live-event content • Strong sense of entertainment, storytelling, and audience engagement • Self-starter with a proactive mindset who can work independently in dynamic environments • Basic understanding of social media KPIs and content performance metrics • Willingness to evolve social media analytics skills • Willingness to travel and work on selected evenings, weekends and matchdays
