📋 Description

• Acquire new customers and drive B2B sales of the specialized service portfolio, including social media services, community management, and marketing campaigns • Build long-term customer partnerships and analyze market potential • Develop targeted sales strategies • Manage sales activities and proposals with a focus on sales success • Develop tailored marketing approaches in collaboration with customers • Support the implementation of customer projects in close coordination with specialist teams • Collaborate with the Head of New Business and the operational units of gkk and the walter services Group • Document sales progress in the CRM system • Monitor market trends and derive specific sales initiatives

🎯 Requirements

• Completed degree in marketing, communications, business administration, or a comparable qualification • Solid practical experience in B2B sales or key account management for services • Ideally, experience in marketing, social media, community management, or agency services • Strong customer-service orientation • Keen awareness of digital trends • Excellent verbal and persuasive communication skills when engaging with decision-makers and C-level clients • Independent, solution-oriented approach to work • High level of initiative • Flexibility to work in a dynamic environment • Willingness to attend regular on-site customer meetings as well as industry events and trade fairs
