📋 Description

• Publish at least one post per channel every day on TikTok, Instagram, LinkedIn, and YouTube • Optimize existing channels, including profiles, bios, highlights, playlists, and older content • Produce video content end to end: concept development, recording, editing, subtitling, and publishing • Identify merchant testimonials with support from the Sales and Fulfillment teams, approach customers by phone, record them via video call, edit the footage, publish it on YouTube, and distribute it as Shorts across all channels • Turn reviews, results, and projects into reusable formats such as carousels, quote cards, and Shorts • Build and manage an AI twin of CEO Sven-Oliver Stietzel and use it to produce CEO content • Prepare the CEO for personal appearances through scripting, setup, and interview questions • Ensure the technical accuracy of statements about Shopify, migrations, and AI visibility, consulting internal experts as needed • Deliver weekly KPI reports to management

🎯 Requirements

• Demonstrable experience building social media channels from the ground up and growing their reach; include links with your application • Confident video editing skills with CapCut, Premiere Pro, or DaVinci Resolve, including recording, subtitling, and platform-specific exporting • Confident on the phone and comfortable proactively approaching customers for testimonials • Understanding of e-commerce and Shopify, or willingness to become proficient within two weeks • Native-level German, both written and spoken • Independent, structured working style and consistent daily output in a remote environment without close supervision • Strong execution skills; initial results within days rather than weeks • Three self-built social media channels showing follower counts at launch and today, or a lead-generation asset showing lead numbers before and after • A self-edited video of no more than 60 seconds on Shopify migration for a merchant with €1 million in annual revenue, technically accurate and optimized for social media
