• Deliver hands-on training to army units and personnel on the operation, configuration, maintenance, and troubleshooting of tactical radio systems. • Tailor training programs to the needs and operational requirements of regional army units. • Serve as the primary point of contact for technical issues and provide expert guidance in the field and remotely. • Maintain records of training activities, attendance, evaluations, and feedback. • Prepare reports assessing training effectiveness and identifying improvements. • Foster relationships with army units, commanders, and stakeholders to provide ongoing support and technical expertise. • Collaborate with product development, engineering, and customer support teams to address customer needs and enhance tactical radio solutions. • Achieve and maintain Assistant Instructor and Primary Instructor certifications and annual recertification under the PM TR TPF SOP. • Attend level 2 training to gain radio and maintenance troubleshooting skills.
• Associate degree or 2-year Technical School. • 8 years of additional direct relevant technical experience may be substituted for education for a total of 10 years of experience. • Proven experience facilitating small and large group training activities in both in-person and virtual/online classroom environments. • In-depth knowledge of army communication protocols, encryption standards, and radio frequency management. • Proficiency in troubleshooting complex technical issues and providing effective solutions in high-pressure environments. • Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills. • Must be able to travel within the region and occasionally internationally up to 50% of the year. • Active Secret clearance required. • Ability to regularly sit, walk, and/or stand throughout the day. • Ability to use hands repetitively to handle, feel, or operate standard office and maintenance power equipment. • Ability to lift 50 pounds.
